What information do I need to provide you?
If you have no existing CV to provide us then we will call you to gather all the necessary information within 24 hours. If you already have a CV we will ask for this at the time of ordering through uploading it in the order process. For all orders we will ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and deliver your order back to the stated email address. We also need your address details in order to place this information on your CV for example and to send a Copy Pack to you (if ordered).

Starting at just $99 you can be rest assured any order with CrispResume is fair and realistic when it comes to price. For an extra charge you can add additional services such as a Social Media Profile or a Copy Pack. How long will it take for CrispResume to complete my Resume?
Our turnaround times depend on the type of Resume. However for the majority of orders our turnaround times are 2 days for the first draft of your Resume. This will be stated when you place an order with us. Should you require a Resume or Social Media Profile any sooner we do provide an Express Service where you can receive a first draft back within 24 hours.
Who will my Representative be and what relevant experience do they have?
We have a number of CV Writers who all have extensive experience in CV writing services, are qualified to degree level or equivalent and have relevant experience in writing CV's in your industry. Who the dedicated CV Writer will be will depend on your background and requirements. In addition you will have access to call us 24/7 using our phone number.

It is for this reason that should you be un-happy with your CV we will first explain why your CV has been designed and written the way it has been. Are you able to write CVs in other languages?
Unfortunately not, only in English. We can accomodate American English if you require. Just let us know.
Do I need to see you at any point?
Not that we would love to meet you in person, but we only work over email and telephone. We will work with you remotely to achieve the result you want, via phone or email.

Can I come back to CrispResume if I need another copy or to amend my CV?
Yes, of course. We will keep a copy of your CV in case you wish it to be sent electronically again or to make any adjustments. This service is free of charge for 12 months – just call or email us to request this service. Should you wish to amend your CV outside of 12 months from receiving your order then please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be more than happy provide a quotation and assist.

As part of the standard package we will only give you content for the profile. Note that there would be additional charges if you want us to create a LinkedIn profile or make online changes.
Once you submit your order online we’ll schedule a time for a personalized and thorough telephone consultation to get to know you and your career goals better. This initial consultation will last approximately 20-90 minutes.
